IST PRESS books are on sale in all MAIN BOOKSHOPS IN PORTUGAL, in particular those next to universities and polytechnics.

Where books are ordered directly from IST PRESS, please add the cost of postage and packing, which varies according to CTT (Post Office) tariffs.

ONLINE ORDERS

You can order IST PRESS books via our ONLINE SHOP. To do so, you must enter our catalogue and add the books you want to your “shopping cart,” select the method of delivery and payment and complete the purchase.

OFFLINE ORDERS

You can order your book from the commercial department at IST PRESS by sending in the order form by post, fax or e-mail. Payment will be made before delivery.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit card, cheque, postal order.

DELIVERY

Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days after order/payment. Delivery will depend on the method of postage selected (post, delivery company, picking up in person).

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Orders may be cancelled provided they have not been dispatched. Where the order has already been sent you can choose to return the item provided all requirements are met.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The customer has a maximum of 14 days in which to rescind the contract without paying compensation and without having to give an explanation. The customer will have all moneys refunded. The customer can also ask that an item be replaced if the item is not delivered in a perfect condition.

During a purchase, any communication between the customer and our services is confidential. IST PRESS does not keep any personal information regarding payment method. This information is only used at the time of the transaction, in order to confirm and authorise payment.
